Do I need a computer?
No. QuoteRoom runs in the browser on any smartphone, tablet or laptop. There is nothing to install.
Do my customers need to install anything?
No. They receive a PDF on WhatsApp or email, like any other document.
What happens after I pay?
We set up your own QuoteRoom with your logo, colours, company details and rates, usually within 48 hours, and walk you through it on a call.
Is my data private?
Yes. Every business gets its own app and its own separate database. Other QuoteRoom customers never see your quotations or customers.
Can my staff use it?
Yes. Create logins for your team. Staff see the quotations you give them access to; admins see everything.
Can I change my rates and terms later?
Anytime. Rates, terms and conditions, material specifications, payment details and branding are all editable from the admin settings.
Can I cancel?
